Had a nice new year's celebration with good music and cocktails. The hotel also had a great view of the city's fireworks show. The room service was prompt and the food was tasty.

The room was quite small and felt a bit cramped. Wi-Fi was slow and spotty at times, making it difficult to stay connected. Additionally, some of the staff members were not very helpful or friendly, which made us feel unwelcome at times.

The location was ideal, with the market and a variety of eateries close by. It was also conveniently near the center of Bakirkoy and the airport, making it easy to get around. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, from the room service and housekeeping to the laundry and shuttle services. I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. The room itself was lovely, with modern amenities such as an ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful and restful night's sleep. Additionally, the terrace and outdoor dining area provided a great spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
